You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected database;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
• copy, reproduce or resell any part of the Site without our written permission.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and prices accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen, and we do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment received.

5. Custom and Made-to-Measure Products

Where products are made to your specifications or measurements, you are responsible for ensuring the details you provide are correct. We are not responsible for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by you.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and we do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your Bedroom Blackout, which is why we offer a voluntary 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, even on our custom-made products.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers are responsible for return freight costs for voluntary satisfaction returns. Panels manufactured correctly to incorrect customer-supplied measurements are excluded from this voluntary guarantee.
